Fort Lauderdale, Florida, March 2, 2005—Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc., (OTCBB:IMDS) announced today that it featured results from the CT Laser Mammography system (CTLM®) at the National Consortium of Breast Centers, Inc. 15th Annual National Interdisciplinary Breast Center Conference, Las Vegas, Nevada Feb. 27 to March 2nd, 2005.

The NCBC 2005 focus is “Breast Care: Defining Quality & Pursuing Excellence.” The conference presented over 60 nationally recognized speakers on breast cancer ranging from surgeons, radiologists, to the nurses, technologists and therapists. The exhibits featured an array of specialized technologies, equipment, products and services for breast centers, group practices and practitioners of breast care.
The National Consortium of Breast Centers, Inc. is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to excellence in breast health care for the general public. Fort Lauderdale, Florida, February 15, 2005—Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc., (OTCBB:IMDS), announced it featured the CT Laser Mammography (CTLM®) system at the 30th Arab Health Exhibition and Congress in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Feb 12-15, 2005. Now in its 30th year, Arab Health Exhibition and Congress is the largest healthcare event in the Middle East and one of the most important. With the Middle East healthcare market valued at US$ 74 billion annually, the event has been attracting more and more exhibitors and visitors each year.
Arab Health 2005 gave companies opportunity to showcase their products and services in one of the fastest growing, and most lucrative healthcare markets in the world. A total of 1,422 exhibitors from 50 countries, including 25 national country pavilions displayed their healthcare products and services to over 30,000 visitors in 2004. Fort Lauderdale, Florida, February 7th 2005—Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc., (OTCBB:IMDS) announced today that it has shipped and sold a second CTLMâ system to its distributor Biomedical International SNC, for installation at the Biomedical Mammography Center, Alba Adriatica, Teramo, Italy.

“We recently began marketing the CTLM system and these new sales demonstrate that the revolutionary laser optical breast imaging technology is gaining acceptance in Italy as a beneficial diagnostic tool”, stated G. Luciano Perazzi, President of Biomedical International.

Tim Hansen, Imaging Diagnostic Systems CEO, stated, "This is the fourth operating CTLM system in Italy and the second sale in the country. We will soon have operating CTLM systems in the university setting, general hospitals and now a mammography center. Wherever women receive conventional x-ray mammography exams the CTLM may serve a useful adjunctive service.”

SEVENTH CLINICAL SYSTEM PLACED IN EUROPE

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, February 3, 2005—Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc., (OTCBB:IMDS) announced today that Charles University Hospital in Prague, Czech Republic has signed a clinical collaborative agreement to gather data to expand diagnostic applications of the proprietary CT Laser Mammography (CTLMâ) system.

“At the Department of Radiology of Charles University, Polak Family Breast Diagnostic Center in Prague, we perform thousands of diagnostic breast exams annually with the latest imaging devices. Adding this remarkable CT Laser Breast Imaging technique, which images the process of angiogenesis, will add new dimension to our clinical service," stated Professor Jan Danes, Head, Department of Radiology.

“We are delighted to have Professor Danes and the fine staff at Charles University join our clinical development efforts. This agreement marks our seventh of eight targeted European sites. Each site selected will perform a variety of studies to introduce laser optical breast imaging technology into their respective areas and promote product awareness,” commented Deborah O’Brien, IDSI Senior Vice President.
