FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 30, 2004 -- Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IMDS) announced today that the company exhibited at the 23rd International Congress of Radiology (ICR) http://www.icr2004.com/ in Montreal, Canada from June 25-29, 2004.
The ICR is an annual conference that is well-attended by leading experts in the field of medical imaging technology from around the world. The ICR attracts radiologists and scientists who attend the congress to be informed about the latest scientific and professional advances in all fields of diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology.
Imaging Diagnostic Systems anticipates a great deal of interest in the company’s CTLMâ system for the detection of breast cancer this year considering the approval by Health Canada, the Canadian equivalent of the U.S. Federal Drug Administration (FDA), to market the CTLMâ system in Canada.
Imaging Diagnostic Systems has received CE Marking, CMDCAS (Canada), Canadian License, UL listing, ISO 9001:2000-13488 certification and FDA export certification for its CT Laser Breast Imaging system. The CTLMâ system is the first patented breast-imaging system that utilizes state-of the-art laser technology and patented algorithms to create 3-D cross-sectional images of the breast. The Company is seeking PreMarket Approval (PMA) from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its CTLMâ system to be used as an adjunct to mammography. The CTLMâ system is a non-invasive, painless examination that does not expose the patient to radiation nor require breast compression.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, June 24, 2004—Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc., (OTCBB:IMDS) announced today that the International patent application titled “DIAGNOSTIC TOMOGRAPHIC LASER IMAGING APPARATUS” was issued May 19, as Chinese patent No. ZL95197940X; in the name of Richard J. Grable for a period of 20 years from the date of filing until July 10, 2015 and is exclusively licensed to Imaging Diagnostic Systems.
This patent protects the basic design of the CTLMÒ Computed Tomography Laser Breast Imaging System, as does the encryption of CTLMÒ software. An additional five patent applications are currently pending in China, to further protect the Company’s intellectual property.

Revenue To Be Recognized in Fourth Quarter
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, May 4, 2004—Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc., (OTCBB:IMDS) announced today that the Company has shipped the CTLM® system to Dubai as a result of a purchase order from Axies Medical LLC of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) from February 3, 2004. Full payment was received and revenues will be booked in the company’s next 10-KSB filing. The order was originally received at the 28th Arab Health Conference held in Dubai from January 18-21, 2004.
Ed Horton COO/Imaging Diagnostic Systems commented, "We are pleased that Dubai, United Arab Emirates will be receiving its second CTLMâ system. As we place more units, we anticipate that the references from previous installations will assist us in generating additional sales." He continued, "It is also of some significance that we have now booked revenue from a number of units shipped since the beginning of this year."

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, April 28, 2004—Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc., (OTCBB:IMDS) announced today that the International patent application filed April 1999 for “LASER IMAGING APPARATUS USING BIOMEDICAL MARKERS THAT BIND TO CANCER CELLS” was granted as Canadian patent No. 2,373,299 for a period of twenty years from the date of filing until April 1, 2019.
Robert Wake, Vice President of Engineering stated, “This patent, the Canadian equivalent of US Letters Patent 5,952,664, broadly covers the optical imaging of fluorescent compounds. This will be extremely valuable in the future, as work by collaborators, such as Schering, AG and others results in developing cancer-specific fluorophores. Once these fluorophores are validated, they will greatly enhance the diagnostic value of the CTLM.”

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, April 16, 2004—Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc., (OTCBB:IMDS), an industry leader in the field of Medical Optical Imaging, which has developed a patented breast-imaging system that utilizes state-of-the-art laser technology and proprietary algorithms to create cross-sectional images and 3-D images of the breast for the detection of cancer, announced today that Linda B. Grable, CEO, Chairman of the Board and co-founder has retired effective April 15, 2004. The Company and its directors, officers and employees greatly appreciate her dedicated leadership, passion and service for the past 10 years and wish her well in retirement. Mrs. Grable has been Chief Executive Officer since August 2001 and, since inception in 1993, has served as Chairman of the Board of the Company.
The Board of Directors has appointed Jay S. Bendis and Sherman Lazrus as Co-Chairmen of the Board and has begun an immediate search for a new CEO. Meanwhile, the Board appointed Allan L. Schwartz, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, to serve as interim CEO until a new CEO is appointed.
